About Us
We believe in giving our clients the best possible legal representation, regardless of the size of the case, the area of law, or the rights at stake. We genuinely enjoy helping people with their legal problems, and make ourselves available as much as possible. Whether you work odd hours, have childcare issues, or have any other pressing matters, we will arrange to consult with you whenever convenient and will go to court without you, if you cannot attend.
As a newly formed law firm, we don't have the same large overhead and operating expenses of other lawyers. This means our legal fees are smaller and you communicate directly with us, rather than with a paralegal or legal assistant. Moreover, being represented by one us, means being represented by both of us; we consult together on cases and one of us will always be available for you. Our clients enjoy representation by two experienced lawyers, for the price of one, and at a lower cost. In this troubled economic time, we further assist our clients who are struggling financially by offering payment plans, and flat fee arrangements in which the fee paid will not increase, regardless of the amount of work done.
We enjoy giving back to our community. We provide pro bono representation (free legal representation) through the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, donate to the local Goodwill and other charities, and are helping to organize a grassroots charitable referral program among local lawyers. We are also involved with the American Civil Liberties Union, Nevada Attorney's for Criminal Justice, National Legal Aid and Defender's Association, and the Sierra Club.
