Warrants

Mistakes happen. Maybe you were given a citation, or you were questioned by police and given a business card to check whether charges were going to be filed, or you were arrested, bailed out, and given a court date. Then, for whatever reason, that citation, those charges, or court date, never got resolved. Maybe the police or the prosecutors didn’t make contact with you afterwards, maybe you moved and didn’t get your mail, or maybe you just forgot. It happens. But saying "I didn't know I had a warrant, it was a mistake," isn't going to get you out of jail or keep you out.

Caesar can take care of your active warrants, and in some cases, will be able to go to court for you, and without your presence, to have the warrant quashed. In Clark County there are 43 District Court judges located in 3 different buildings, 12 Justices of the Peace in the Las Vegas Township, 14 Justices of the Peace in the outlying townships, 6 Las Vegas Municipal Court Judges, and 7 outlying Municipal Court Judges. They can help navigate you through the often time-consuming and confusing process of finding your warrants, putting the warrants in front of the correct judge, arguing to have them quashed, and thereby keeping you out of jail. If you happen to go to jail, Caesar can still help you handle your warrants, limiting the amount of time you spend in jail because of a mistake.
